Every time a customer requests the return of one or more products, you will be able to see it reflected in your Partner Home.
In addition to emailing you informing you of their decision (remember that the customer has 14 days to exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase), you can check the status of the product or order in your Back Office.
Once you have received the return, check that the product is in good condition and suitable for sale and put it back in your stock.
If you receive a return where the product has been tampered with or is in poor condition, please contact us.
