If a customer receives one or more incorrect products, he/she will have 14 days to return them.
When the customer processes the replacement request from our website, you will receive an email notifying you of the product/s, and you will see the order activated as a new one in your Partner Home.
Once you receive the return and check that the customer has indeed received a product/s that does not correspond to their order, check that the product is in good condition and prepare a new order to send the customer the correct product.
