At Promofarma we work with a wide range of transport companies for both national and international shipments that will pick up your orders and deliver them directly to our customers.
The shipping costs of orders placed through PromoFarma MarketPlace, will be assumed, depending on the cost and weight of the order by the user, the pharmacy and/or PromoFarma:
- up to orders of €49 and less than 2 kg, the costs will be borne by the user.
- from €49.01 to €60 and less than 2 kg, the costs will be borne by PromoFarma and the pharmacy.
- orders over €60, the costs will be borne entirely by the pharmacy.
