In order to guarantee that the products are received by the consumers in good condition, it will be necessary that the orders are sent in PromoFarma's corporate boxes.
Our automated box service will e-mail you when it detects that you need boxes with an order proposal. You will be able to access your Partner Home and modify the volume and size of the boxes according to your needs. If you do not make any changes to the order proposal, the system will consider it as accepted and will proceed with the shipment.
The default boxes will be medium size 246x150x107mm, but in the table below you can see the other sizes:
Remember that although the shipments are automatic, you will be responsible for always having the packaging material for the preparation of your orders. So, if for any reason you see that you have few boxes left, and you don't receive the informative mail, you have the obligation to place an order of boxes or contact us so that we can help you.
